Campus Architects Continuing Services

The University of North Florida is seeking professional services for miscellaneous projects, each not exceeding $4,000,000 in total construction cost, and studies, each not exceeding $500,000 in fees. The selected vendors will provide architectural services, including design, building code, feasibility studies, and construction administration. The contract will be for an initial period of two years, with an option to renew for an additional two-year period. The vendors will be evaluated based on their experience, qualifications, and cost estimating.
