INSECT REMOVAL SERVICES

This contract is for insect removal services, including the removal of stinging or biting insects, such as bees, wasps, and hornets, and their nests and hives. The contractor will provide all labor, supervision, materials, chemicals, supplies, and equipment required to perform the removal services. The contract includes requirements for knot hole screening, response time, emergency response, and warranty. The contractor must have a degree in Entomology and be a Certified Pest Control Operator by the Florida Department of Agriculture and Commerce. The contract also includes insurance requirements and payment terms. • The contractor will provide a not-to-exceed, fully burdened, lump sum price for the services. • The contract includes a warranty period of 12 months after completion date. • The contractor must provide evidence of background and experience in the removal and discarding of nests and hives. • The contractor must comply with all local, state, and federal directives, orders, and laws applicable to this contract.
