The City of Pittsburgh has awarded a contract to Urban Rain Studio LLC DBA Ethos Collaborative for urban design services. The contract has a term of 2 years with the option to extend for two successive periods of one year each. The contract includes a scope of work that encompasses conceptual streetscape or street design services, concepts for multimodal facilities, and guidelines for such. The contractor will provide services on an as-needed basis, and the city will assign work orders as necessary. The contract also includes provisions for compensation, termination, and indemnification. The city has the right to terminate the contract at any time without cause or liability.
