Trade Service - Welding Services

Eastern Kentucky University is seeking qualified contractors to provide welding services on an as-needed basis. The contract is for a period of one year, with the option to renew. The university is seeking to develop a Trade Service Agreement to award a supplier(s) a contract for welding services that will be utilized on an on-call basis when the need arises. The successful offeror(s) will be required to fulfill all requirements of the contract regardless of the number of orders or calls. • The contract is for welding services, including on-call standard welding service. • The university is seeking to award multiple contracts from this Invitation to Bid. • The contract is non-exclusive, and the university cannot estimate and specifically does not guarantee the successful offeror(s) of these services any particular number of orders or calls. • The successful offeror(s) will be required to provide extended warranties on their products. • The university is seeking to award a contract for a period of one year, with the option to renew.
