IT Professional Services

This contract is for IT professional services to be provided by Allegiance Technologies LLC to the City of Orlando. The contract is for an initial term of 12 months, with the option to extend for up to 48 months. The total spend for the contract is not to exceed $459,950. The scope of work includes providing IT services, including SCCM administration, for a period of up to 12 months. The contract may be renewed upon mutual agreement. • The contract includes provisions for payment, invoicing, and termination. • The contractor is required to maintain insurance coverage, including workers' compensation and general liability insurance. • The contract is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. • The City of Orlando has the right to audit the contractor's records and terminate the contract for convenience.
