Family Finding Software

The State of Utah is seeking software that allows the Department of Health and Human Services to digitally search for, identify, and engage a foster child's kin and fictive kin, dynamically map that child's relationships, and link to the State's kinship foster home licensing system. The contract is for a 3-year period, with a not-to-exceed 1-year budget of $888,000.
