Auditing Services for the Department of Senior Services and Office of the Fire Marshal

This contract is for auditing services for the Department of Senior Services and the Office of the Fire Marshal. The contract was awarded to Holman Frenia Allison, P.C. for a period of one year, from January 1, 2024, to December 31, 2024. The contract amount is not to exceed $41,500.00. The services include audit services for the Department of Senior Services and an agreed upon procedures engagement for the Standard Operating Procedures Manual for the Office of the Fire Marshal. • The contract is a Professional Service contract in accordance with the Local Public Contracts Law. • The contract is contingent upon adoption of the 2024 County Temporary Budget and 2024 County Budget. • The contractor shall include the contract number on all papers, documents, invoices, and vouchers pertaining to the contract. • A copy of the contract shall be kept on file and available for public inspection at the Office of the Clerk of the Ocean County Board of Commissioners.
