Asphalt Replacement at Three (3) Facilities

This contract is for the asphalt replacement at three facilities: Burnett Administrative Center, Highland Park High School, and Scott Elementary School. The scope of work includes the tear out and replacement of asphalt, concrete curb and gutter, and adjacent sidewalks. The contract also includes add alternate bids for additional work such as cleaning, crack-filling, and applying sealer to the asphalt. The bidders for this contract are Bettis Asphalt, Hamm Asphalt, and Sunflower Paving. • The contract is for a lump sum price. • The scope of work includes the replacement of approximately 1,311 SQ YDS of asphalt at Burnett Administrative Center. • The scope of work also includes the replacement of approximately 3,830 SQ YDS of asphalt at Highland Park High School. • The scope of work also includes the replacement of approximately 518 SQ YDS of asphalt at Scott Elementary School. • Add alternate bids are available for additional work such as cleaning, crack-filling, and applying sealer to the asphalt.
