UGA Small Job Order Contract (Athens Region)

The University of Georgia is seeking a Construction Manager at Risk Firm to provide Job Order Contracting services for construction projects up to $75K per project. The contract will be on a blanket order basis, and the successful contractor may be offered a contract for a term of one year with the option to extend for up to four additional years. The scope of services may vary from project to project and may include renovations, building repair, and maintenance work for various facilities at the University of Georgia. • The contract is for an indefinite amount of "as needed" construction orders. • The maximum of all Job Order Agreements issued, including all relevant Change Orders, shall not exceed $5,000,000. • Both performance and payment bonds may be required in an amount equal to 100% for any Job Order Agreement over $100,000. • The delivery method of each assignment under the Job Order Contract will be a Job Order Agreement issued in conjunction with a purchase order issued by the UGA Procurement Office.
