The goal is to support strategic planning and development of software systems to further advance the SkillsEngine mission. The selected firm(s) will augment the capacity of the TSTC development team to create AI-powered micro-sites and tools. * The contract is for a one-year term with the option to extend for an additional year. * The contract is an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type. * The contract has a requirement for HUB Subcontracting Plan if the bid is over $100,000. * The contract has a list of prerequisites and requirements for the bidder, including providing hourly rates, biographies of key staff, and examples of prior work.
