Description
The City of Palm Bay is requesting proposals for a new Screenings Conveyor/Compactor for replacement of existing equipment at the Palm Bay Utilities Department Wastewater Treatment Plant. The equipment must meet the minimum specifications detailed in the proposal. The city will conduct an evaluation selection committee meeting to discuss the proposals and select a vendor.
• The proposal must include equipment that can be inspected, accepted, and delivered in compliance with the specifications.
• The equipment installation will be completed by Utilities Department staff.
• The city will conduct a pre-bid conference to answer questions and provide information about the project.
• The city will also conduct an evaluation selection committee meeting to discuss the proposals and select a vendor.
