Description
This contract is for the provision of citywide water resources underground infrastructure construction and related services. The contract has an initial term of 2 years, with the option to extend for three additional one-year periods. The contract amount is not to exceed the purchase order amount, and the contractor will be paid monthly based on the work performed and completed. The contract includes provisions for insurance, indemnification, and termination. The City of Goodyear has the right to terminate the contract at any time, with or without cause.
