All-in-one (AIO) Multifunction Devices

The County of Riverside is soliciting quotations for All-in-One (AIO) Multifunction devices. The devices will be used for the Riverside Agricultural Headquarter, Weights and Measures, San Jacinto District, Indio District, and Blythe District offices. The total quantity of devices consists of five black and white AIO multifunction devices and five color AIO multifunction devices. The contract also includes an optional trade-in equipment option. Key features of the devices include HP LaserJet 4345x MFP and HP Officejet Pro 8500 Wireless All-in-One. The vendor will be responsible for providing supplies and service for the devices. • The contract includes a trade-in equipment option for existing HP Laserjet 4345x and HP Color Laserjet 2840 devices. • The vendor must provide a monthly cost for supplies and service. • The contract includes a requirement for the vendor to ensure that all equipment memory is swiped clean of all County data at time of pickup/shipment. • The contract was awarded to Golden Star Technology, Inc. • The bid award date was November 24, 2010.
