Lively Technical College Building #4 Domestic Water Piping Replacement

This contract involves the full replacement of the domestic water distribution system for Building #4 at Lively Technical College. The work includes demolition of existing below‑slab piping, removal of all above‑ground water lines, installation of new overhead Type L copper press‑fit piping, routing through restroom walls, concrete and CMU wall repairs, system testing, and provision of new hose bibs. An optional bid item allows replacement of plumbing fixtures such as toilets and urinals.
