PROVIDE AND PRINT VARIOUS ABSENTEE MAIL ENVELOPES

The County of Hawaii is seeking a vendor to provide and print various absentee mail envelopes for the County Clerk, Elections Division. The contract includes two items: #10 light blue envelopes and #9 yellow envelopes. The vendor must provide proof before printing, and delivery is requested by September 28, 2016.
