20-51 Architectural, Engineering, Geotechnical, and Surveying Professional Servcies

This contract is for professional architectural, engineering, geotechnical, and surveying services to be provided by Jacobs Engineering Group, Inc. to the Bay County Board of Commissioners. The services will be provided on an as-needed basis, and the contract has a term of three years with two optional one-year renewals. The contract includes provisions for task orders, payment, and insurance requirements. The services to be provided include construction engineering and inspection services, stormwater engineering, and utility engineering. The contract also includes provisions for cooperation, records, and audits. • The contract is non-exclusive, and the County reserves the right to solicit separate competitive proposals for any and all projects or tasks. • The Consultant will provide services on an as-needed basis for projects to support the County's mission. • The contract includes provisions for insurance requirements, including general liability, workers' compensation, and professional liability. • The contract includes provisions for termination, including termination for cause and convenience. • The contract includes provisions for dispute resolution, including mediation and arbitration.
