On-Call General Construction Services

The City of Roseville is seeking on-call general construction services, including carpentry, millwork, framing, drywall, doors and windows, frames, caulking, hardware, demolition, excavation, ceilings, masonry, fire repair, proper disposal and clean up, finishes, site work, moisture protection, mechanical, general conditions, and subcontracting labor, equipment, goods, and supplies necessary to provide service for multi-story and single story buildings. The contract was awarded to three vendors: Carter-Kelly Inc, Bullard Inc, and TriCorp Group Inc. • The contract includes a wide range of construction services • The City of Roseville is the agency responsible for the contract • The contract was awarded to three vendors • The services will be provided for multi-story and single story buildings • The contract includes project management, site assessment, and ADA improvements/upgrades when applicable
