COVID‑19 (testing kits, equipment, reporting, and training)

This contract provides The Citadel with a comprehensive COVID‑19 testing solution, including diagnostic equipment, test kits, and associated training and reporting services. The awardee will supply two Abbott ID NOW analyzers (or equivalent), an initial stock of 250 rapid‑test kits (with ability to order more at the same unit price), and conduct on‑site training for Citadel staff. Ongoing responsibilities include monthly administrative reporting and technical support with a 24‑hour response window for equipment maintenance. The agreement is a fixed‑price, unit‑price arrangement with a ceiling of $500,000, a one‑year base period and up to four one‑year renewal options. • Supplies two rapid‑test analyzers and 250 (plus additional) test kits, with CLIA certification and 24‑hour maintenance support. • Provides training, certification, and monthly reporting to the South Carolina Department of Health & Environmental Control. • Allows the awardee to submit additional test kits at the same unit price; the contract can extend up to five years total.
