LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT SERVICES

The County of Orange has entered into a contract with The Regents of the University of California, UC Irvine, Division of Continuing Education, to provide Learning and Development Services. The contract includes the design and development of original training programs, facilitation of courses, and management of projects related to Learning & Development programs. The contract has a term of five years and includes a compensation and pricing structure. The key services provided under this contract include: * Design and development of original training programs * Facilitation of courses * Management of projects related to Learning & Development programs * Customization and development of training programs * Provision of quotes for trainings * Invoice submission and payment terms The contract also includes provisions for auditing and inspection, conflict of interest, and termination.
