2022 Water Main Replacement Project

The 2022 Water Main Replacement Project involves the construction of approximately 10,300 linear feet of ductile iron water mains, installation of new fire hydrant assemblies, replacement water services, and other related work. The project is estimated to cost around $6,320,874.00, with the lowest bid submitted by HCON Incorporated at $6,075,651.21. The project is being managed by the City of Bellevue, Finance Department, Contracting Services. • The project includes constructing a replacement 6” x 2” Pressure Reducing Station in a concrete vault. • The project includes construction dewatering and relocating existing utilities as required. • The project includes abandoning asbestos cement pipe and restoring surface conditions. • The project includes performing traffic control and other work as required to complete the project.
