DUI DATABASE REPLACEMENT

The County of San Luis Obispo is seeking a replacement for its current DUI database. The new system must comply with current state requirements, including HIPAA, CFR, Pt. II, and programmatic needs. The contract was awarded to Eccovia Solutions. Key aspects of the contract include: • Replacement of the current DUI database • Compliance with state regulations and HIPAA • Programmatic needs of the County's Behavioral Health - Drug & Alcohol Services DUI program • Serving approximately 1,300 clients per year • Programs run from 6 weeks to 18 months, depending on the number of offenses and Blood Alcohol Level.
