Electric Poles (RFP/IDIQ) at TSTC - Statewide

This contract is for the purchase of electric poles by Texas State Technical College (TSTC). The contract is an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, and multiple awards will be made to companies that can provide the best value to TSTC. The contract will cover all ten TSTC campuses, and the target date for delivery of goods is July 1, 2023. The contract will be for two years with an option to renew for three additional one-year periods. • The contract is for the purchase of electric poles, including treated and untreated poles, and telephone and utility poles. • The contract will be awarded based on many criteria, including price, product availability, and responsiveness to the terms and conditions of the RFP. • The contract requires a HUB Subcontracting Plan, and suppliers must make a good faith effort to achieve the State of Texas HUB goals. • The contract has a target date for delivery of goods of July 1, 2023. • The contract will be for two years with an option to renew for three additional one-year periods.
