Water Treatment Plant Facade Replacement

The City of Richland intends to reject all bids received for the Water Treatment Plant Facade Replacement project. The project includes the replacement of the existing external 'curtain walls' with new steel stud framed walls, including siding, painting, new aluminum framed entrances and storefront, removal of select existing exterior walls, and minor roof construction. The City of Richland encourages disadvantaged business enterprises to participate in the bidding process. • The project is located at the Water Treatment Plant, 100 Saint Street, Richland. • A pre-bid conference was held on June 19, 2019, at 1:00 PM EDT. • The bid submission date was July 2, 2019, at 5:00 PM EDT. • The City of Richland reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
