OCCUPATIONAL MEDICAL SERVICES

This contract is for occupational medical services provided by Adventist Health System/Sunbelt, Inc., d/b/a AdventHealth Centra Care to the City of Orlando. The contract includes provisions for medical reviews, saliva testing, and anabolic steroid testing. The contractor is required to respond to requests for appointments and medical records within specific timeframes and is subject to performance measures with associated fees at risk. The contract has a term of three years with the option to extend for up to seven additional one-year periods.
