Audio Visual Equipment, Supplies, and Services

This contract is for the provision of audio visual equipment, supplies, and services to public entities and qualifying non-profits through The Interlocal Purchasing System (TIPS), a government purchasing cooperative. The contract has a term of approximately three years with a one-year consecutive option for renewal. The vendor, ACP Direct, has agreed to provide TIPS with specific pricing, discounts, and other pricing terms and incentives for each TIPS contract awarded. TIPS will collect administrative fees from the vendor for each TIPS sale made. The contract includes provisions for indemnification, confidentiality, and termination. The vendor has certified compliance with various federal provisions, including the Energy Policy and Conservation Act and the Clean Air Act.
