Custom Rubber Stamps and Accessories

The County of Riverside is soliciting quotations for custom rubber and date stamps, and supplies. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. The County may award a contract without negotiation, and bidders should submit their lowest pricing initially. The contract includes various types of stamps, such as custom rubber stamps, pre-inked stamps, number and dater stamps, and accessories. The awarded vendor(s) will be responsible for servicing numerous departments/agencies throughout the County and providing assistance in selecting the best possible design, type, size, and quality of stamp to meet the needs of the requesting department/agency. • The contract includes a list of items with corresponding prices and quantities. • The contract has a subtotal, discount, tax, and bid total for each vendor. • The County reserves the right to reject any or all offers, waive any discrepancy or technicality, and split or make the award in any manner determined by the County to be the most advantageous to the County. • The County has determined Riverside Rubber Stamp to be the lowest, most responsive, and responsible bidder.
