Snow Plowing, Removal and Related Services for Floyd Dryden, Marie Drake and Central Offices

The City & Borough of Juneau is seeking a contractor to provide snow plowing, removal, and related services for the Floyd Dryden, Marie Drake, and Central Offices. The contract will be in effect from the date of award through June 30, 2025, and the period of operation/work is estimated to be from October 15 through April 15 of the contract year. The contractor will be responsible for plowing, shoveling, snow blowing, and snow removal, as well as sanding and ice melt services. The contract price is to remain firm for the duration of the contract period, and the contractor will be responsible for any damages caused by snowplowing, snow removal, and sanding operations. • The contractor will provide equipment and operators to plow snow from all areas designated in the attached schematic/site map. • The contractor will provide sand/gravel/ice melt and equipment with operators to cover all areas designated in the attached schematic/site map. • The contractor will be responsible for the removal and storage of snow. • The contractor will furnish equipment with operators to sweep, remove, and dispose of sand/gravel approximately the last week in April, weather permitting. • The contractor will comply with all applicable Federal, State, City laws and have all licenses and permits required by the State and/or City for performance of this contract.
