2017 RFP Substance Use Navigator

The 2017 Substance Use Navigator RFP, issued by the New Jersey Department of Children and Families, funds a full‑time, non‑clinical “navigator” in each of 15 statewide service areas to coordinate substance‑use services for youth and families.
