Consulting Services for EMS Planning and Ambulance Services

The Multnomah County Health Department is seeking a vendor to provide facilitation and consulting services for EMS system planning and procurement of ambulance services. The vendor will assist the County in assessing and studying needs, recommending potential policy changes, and developing an Ambulance Services Plan (ASP). The vendor will also develop RFP documents, procure a provider of ambulance services, and develop an ambulance provider transition plan.
