Park Alarms Monitoring "As Needed" Repair & Maint

This contract is for the furnishing of Park Alarm Monitoring, Installation, "As Needed" Repair & Maintenance services for use by the Parks + Rec Department of Jackson County, Missouri. The contract has a term of 2 years and can be annually extended beyond its original term for up to 24 months. The contract includes provisions for payment, termination, and warranties. The contractor, Alarms by Sterling Security Inc, is required to provide the services at the prices quoted in their offer, and the county will make payments within 30 days of receipt of a correct and complete invoice.
