Interior and Exterior LED Lighting Upgrade - Dept. of Health - Wyoming Pioneer Home

The Wyoming State Construction Department, Procurement Section, on behalf of the Wyoming Department of Health, Wyoming Pioneer Home, invited bids for an interior and exterior LED lighting upgrade project at the Wyoming Pioneer Home in Thermopolis, Wyoming. The project consisted of materials and labor to upgrade the lighting to LED fixtures. However, the bids received exceeded the budgeted amount, and the Agency decided to reject the bids and does not plan to re-bid the project in the near future. • The project included removal of old poles, bollards, and wiring and providing new fixtures and materials back to the power source. • A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting was conducted on September 22, 2023. • Bidding questions were to be submitted on the Public Purchase website by 5:00 p.m. MT on September 27, 2023. • The bid submission deadline was 1:00 p.m. Mountain Time on October 9, 2023.
