C-101056 ITB 24-11: SE 1st Street- 177th Avenue To 192nd Avenue

This contract is for the improvement of a corridor including pavement widening, roadway resurfacing, curbs, sidewalks, storm drainage, traffic signals, striping and signing, fiber optic, street lighting, landscaping, grading, and other work. The contract work shall be physically complete within 200 working days from the notice to proceed. The contract includes provisions for payment, insurance, bonds, and dispute resolution. The contractor shall comply with all relevant federal, state, and municipal laws, rules, and regulations. • The contract includes a provision for the payment of prevailing wages to laborers and mechanics. • The contractor shall obtain and provide insurance coverage as described in the WSDOT Standard Specifications. • The contractor shall file a performance bond and payment bond with the City of Vancouver. • The contract includes a provision for dispute resolution pursuant to WSDOT Specification 1-09.11 Disputes and Claims. • The contractor shall comply with all relevant federal, state, and municipal laws, rules, and regulations.
