BI-ANNUAL TRAFFIC VOLUME COUNT SERVICE

The County of Riverside Transportation and Land Management Agency (TLMA) is soliciting proposals for a bi-annual traffic volume count service. The service includes providing traffic volume counts for 431 locations in western Riverside County and 153 locations in eastern Riverside County. The contract was awarded to Counts Unlimited, pending approval from the Riverside County Board of Supervisors.
