Description
The contract is for hazardous waste disposal services, including packaging, labeling, transportation, and disposal of hazardous materials, as well as emergency spill response services. The contract was to be awarded through an Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) process, but it has been cancelled. The ITN included requirements for proposers, such as possessing certain permits and licenses, having insurance coverage, and providing references.
• The contract requires the vendor to have a "Part B" Hazardous Waste Treatment, Storage, and Disposal facility permit.
• The vendor must have a U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Identification Number and Transporter's Number.
• The vendor must have insurance coverage, including Workers' Compensation, Comprehensive General Liability, and Automobile Liability.
• The vendor must provide references and meet other requirements as specified in the ITN.
