Description
The County of Kauai issued an Exempt Request for Proposal (XRFP) for the Lihue Civic Center Redevelopment project. The project involves the redevelopment of County-owned property into affordable and workforce rental housing, as well as commercial spaces. The proposal was canceled due to a determination by the chief procurement officer or a designee that a cancellation is in the public interest.
