Continuing Architect and/or Landscape Architect

The City of Port St. Lucie has awarded a contract to multiple vendors, including ACAI Associates, Inc., to provide Professional Architectural and/or Landscape Architectural Services. The contract is for a term of three years, with the option to renew for two additional one-year terms. The vendors will provide services such as pre-design, design, permitting, plan review, and construction administration. The contract includes a detailed scope of work, compensation structure, and requirements for insurance, indemnification, and audits. The City reserves the right to order work changes, and the Consultant must maintain certain insurance coverages, including workers' compensation, commercial general liability, and professional liability.
