Professional Service Agreement for SJUR Solutions Video Inspections

This contract is for the provision of video inspection services to the Hernando County Board of County Commissioners. The contract is for a period of 11 months, and the vendor, SJUR Solutions, Inc., will provide video inspection services using their Video Inspection Pro (VIP) software. The contract includes provisions for payment, termination, and dispute resolution. The scope of work includes performing remote video residential, building, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing inspections, as well as providing resource for building commercial plan reviews and performing on-site inspections with support from VIP.
