Engineering ITQ (Please Contact Procurement Before Using)

This contract is a professional services agreement between the City of Pittsburgh and Buchart Horn Inc for the provision of engineering services on an as-needed basis. The contract has a term of 4 years and a maximum compensation limit of $2,500,000 annually. The consultant will provide services such as project-specific professional service proposals, assessments, inspections, evaluation and design, and construction administration. The city reserves the right to terminate the contract at any time without cause or liability.
