The State of Utah - Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is requesting bids for the construction of domestic hot water heaters at the Salt Lake Community College - Redwood Road Campus. The project includes removing steam to domestic hot water generators in construction trades (CT), Lifetime Activities Center (LAC), and Science and Industry (S&I). Two new gas-fired boilers are to be provided in the Lifetime Activities Center (LAC). The construction budget is $212,000.00, and the completion date is September 26, 2025.
