Description
The City of Spokane’s Public Defender’s Office is seeking a qualified private investigative firm to provide on‑demand investigative support for criminal defense cases. The work includes witness interviews, scene investigations, record procurement, subpoena service, and court appearances, with an emphasis on maintaining attorney‑client privilege and work‑product confidentiality. The contract is initially for a two‑year term with an estimated 800 hours of service per year and may be renewed up to three additional one‑year terms. Proposals are evaluated on technical merit (35 %), management capability (30 %), and cost (35 %).
• Minimum qualification: WA‑licensed private investigative agency with at least one year of criminal case experience.
