General Construction Services

This contract is for general construction services, including labor, personnel, supervision, equipment, supplies, and materials, for small projects that cannot be handled in-house by the Hernando County School Board. The contract was awarded to two vendors, CMK Construction and Grosz Construction Company, Inc., with firm hourly labor rates and percentages for parts, supplies, and materials. The contract period is from June 9, 2015, to June 8, 2017. • The contract includes a mobilization fee for small one-day projects. • The vendors will provide services on an as-needed basis, county-wide, for small, anticipated, future projects. • The contract has a fixed hourly labor rate and firm percentages for parts, supplies, and materials. • The vendors will be coordinated through the Maintenance or Facilities Departments. • The contract has a term of 2 years, with the option for renewal.
