KSU - Special Event Parking Services

The Department of Parking Operations at Kennesaw State University is seeking a supplier to provide comprehensive event parking services throughout the year. The supplier must be able to provide all materials, equipment, and personnel necessary for fully functioning event operations management. The contract has an initial term from the date of award until the end of the State's current fiscal year, with four one-year options to renew. The supplier must comply with various requirements, including cash handling procedures, insurance requirements, and sales and use tax compliance. Some of the key requirements include: • Providing all materials, equipment, and personnel necessary for fully functioning event operations management • Complying with cash handling procedures and providing adequate, expert managerial and administrative supervision of all employees • Providing their own radios programmed on KSU approved frequencies for each event • Providing portable scanners at each lot if there are parking vouchers or online presales • Abiding by all State and Federal Wage Laws • Wearing KSU approved uniform and/or high visibility vest and identification badges at all times • Having at least five (5) years of operating experience in special event parking • Providing references for at least two special event parking operations conducted at like sized venues with approximately 1000 or more vehicles parked within the past two years The contract also includes various terms and conditions, including contract exceptions, contract term, delivery requirements, insurance requirements, and sales and use tax compliance.
