The City of Olathe, Kansas, Public Works Department is requesting qualified design firms to submit qualifications for the preparation of design documents for the College Boulevard, Lone Elm Road to Woodland Road project. The project includes the design of the south half of the 4-lane arterial, new pavement, medians, turn lanes, curb and gutter, storm sewers, streetlights, and landscaping. The selected vendor will be responsible for surveying existing conditions, utility coordination, cost estimates, acquisition documentation, traffic counts, developing construction plans, and assisting with bidding and construction. • The project is located in Olathe, Kansas • The project includes design and construction of a 4-lane arterial • The selected vendor will be responsible for surveying, utility coordination, and cost estimates • The project includes landscaping and storm sewer design • The City of Olathe is the agency awarding the contract
