Opioid Abatement Support and Evaluation Services

This contract provides comprehensive opioid‑abatement support and evaluation services for the City of Wichita and Sedgwick County, Kansas. The awardee will monitor financial and performance aspects of opioid settlement‑fund projects, develop performance metrics, assist in future RFP creation, represent the coalition at meetings, and ensure compliance with state‑level addiction‑fund guidelines. The work is delivered on a one‑year base period with the possibility of up to four additional one‑year renewals, and compensation is structured as a not‑to‑exceed fee with hourly rates for additional services. • Financial monitoring and invoice verification for opioid‑settlement‑fund providers. • Performance measurement, site visits, and quarterly/annual reporting. • Technical assistance for future RFP development and coalition support. • Compliance assurance with Kansas Municipalities Fight Addiction Fund guidelines. • Optional extensions up to four additional years, subject to mutual agreement.
