The City of Port St. Lucie, Florida, has entered into an agreement with Mattamy Palm Beach, LLC, for the construction of park and recreational facilities for the Regional Park. The agreement includes the construction of various improvements, such as sitework, drainage, roads, parking lots, internal sidewalks, fields, fencing, batting cages, shade structures, and restrooms. The total estimated cost of the project is approximately $22,847,418.36, with the City contributing up to $18,727,418.00 in cash funds and $2,100,000.00 in park credits.
