Description
The City of Palm Bay is requesting proposals for monthly outside pest control services for 46 facilities. The contractor will be responsible for full treatment pest control service, including inspection and treatment for various pests. The service shall be performed at least once a month during the city's normal business hours. The contractor must ensure that all buildings are free from insects, rodents, and pests.
• The contract will be divided into two major service areas: City Facilities and Utilities Facilities.
• The contractor shall provide a written report to the city indicating the location, date of installation, and removal of rodent bait boxes.
• The contractor must respond within 24 hours after notification to correct pest control problems.
• The contractor shall supply all necessary equipment and personnel to perform the services.
• The city reserves the right to cancel or terminate the contract if the contractor fails to perform the services as required.
