HIGH SPEED NETWORK CONNECTIVITY FOR VARIOUS LOCATIONS

The County of Riverside Purchasing on behalf of Riverside County Information Technology (RCIT) was soliciting quotations for Metro Ethernet Network design. The primary goal was to augment the existing "traditional" Wide Area Network to improve intercampus communications. The secondary goal was to take advantage of newer, more cost-effective technologies to improve performance, simplify operations, and provide Metro Ethernet services at selected locations in the County of Riverside for all County customers. The contract was cancelled due to the need to add additional commodity codes to allow all registered vendors on Public Purchase to participate in the bid. A new Request for Quote (RFQ) will be released at a future date. • The contract was for High Speed Network Connectivity for various locations. • The County of Riverside was the agency awarding the contract. • The contract was cancelled and a new RFQ will be released. • The new RFQ will be labeled as ITARC-213. • Vendors can continue to visit the County's website for the new RFQ posting.
