Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) Services

This contract is for Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) services for Orange County, Florida. The contract has a term of 5 years, from November 1, 2024, to October 31, 2029, and has a total amount of $3,599,500. The contractor, AWC, Inc., will provide professional and consultation services in the area of SCADA services, as more specifically set forth in the Scope of Services detailed in Exhibit "A". The contract includes provisions for payments, insurance requirements, subcontracting, and termination. The contract also includes a provision for price escalation/de-escalation based on the Consumer Price Index (CPI). • The contract has a total amount of $3,599,500. • The contractor will provide SCADA services for 5 years. • The contract includes provisions for payments, insurance requirements, and subcontracting. • The contract has a provision for price escalation/de-escalation based on the CPI. • The contract includes a termination clause, which allows the county to terminate the contract for convenience or default.
