20-51 Architectural, Engineering, Geotechnical, and Surveying Professional Servcies

This contract is for architectural, engineering, geotechnical, and surveying professional services to be provided by BKJ, Inc. Architecture to the Bay County Board of Commissioners. The contract is for a term of three years, with the option to renew for two additional one-year periods. The scope of work includes master planning, concept design, and estimates for facilities development, as well as other related services. The contract also includes provisions for payment, insurance, and termination. • The contract is non-exclusive, and the County reserves the right to solicit separate competitive proposals for any and all projects or tasks. • The Consultant will provide services on an as-needed basis, and the County will issue task orders to specify the scope of work and payment terms. • The contract includes provisions for insurance, including workers' compensation, general liability, and professional liability. • The contract also includes provisions for termination, including termination for cause and termination for convenience.
