Traffic Signal/Streetlight Design ITQ (Please Contact Procurement Before Using)

This contract is for professional services related to traffic signal and streetlight design. The vendor, AECOM, will provide services on an as-needed basis, with a maximum annual compensation of $2,500,000. The contract includes provisions for work orders, payment terms, and termination. The scope of work includes design and preparation of plans, specifications, and estimates for traffic signal upgrades or new construction, as well as streetlight design and other related services. • The contract has a term of two years, with the option for two successive one-year extensions. • The vendor is required to carry insurance, including professional liability, workers' compensation, and commercial general liability. • The contract includes provisions for minority business enterprise (MBE), women's business enterprise (WBE), and veteran-owned business (VOB) participation. • The city reserves the right to terminate the contract at any time, with or without cause, upon ten days' written notice. • The vendor is responsible for indemnifying the city against any claims, losses, or damages arising from the vendor's performance under the contract.
